PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
- Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain and update employee records HR databases and personnel files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews preparing documentation and communicating with candidates.
- Support onboarding processes including preparing employment documents and coordinating employee orientation programs.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs workshops and learning activities.
- Maintain training records and support monitoring of employee training participation.
- Support performance management processes including preparation of performance review documentation.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities staff events and internal communication initiatives.
- Provide support in handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.
- Assist HR management with employee relations matters and documentation when required.
- Coordinate employee attendance records leave documentation and HR reports as required.
- Ensure HR policies procedures and documentation are implemented and maintained according to company standards.
- Support workplace health and safety initiatives and maintain related records when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
- Undertake other HR administrative duties as assigned to support the HR department.
- Demonstrate the Hospitality with HEART! service culture in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Display professionalism integrity and accountability in all aspects of the role.
