PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)
- Support the delivery of consistent and effective HR business partnering services across the organization.
- Ensure HR policies procedures and documentation are implemented in line with company standards.
- Work collaboratively with management to develop and implement organizational development initiatives that support company culture employee engagement and staff motivation.
- Assist in planning coordinating and delivering learning and development programs to enhance employee skills service quality and overall performance.
- Support the design and implementation of training initiatives including orientation leadership development and service culture programs.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on workforce planning performance management and employee development.
- Promote and support a positive employee relations environment by providing professional advice on company policies procedures and employment practices.
- Assist with disciplinary processes employee counselling and grievance resolution to ensure fair and consistent outcomes.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting performance reviews and development planning.
- Promote and reinforce company values service culture and expected workplace behaviours across all departments.
- Monitor HR and training trends and recommend improvements to HR practices and development programs.
- Work closely with department leaders to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.
- Participate in meetings with business partners and department heads to support people strategies and organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers to improve team performance engagement and leadership capability.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities that strengthen workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and promote a safe working environment.
- Undertake general HR and training-related duties as required to support business operations.
- Demonstrate the Count On Me! service culture in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Encourage innovation by continuously improving HR and training processes and initiatives.
- Demonstrate integrity accountability and professionalism in all aspects of the role.
