DescriptionResponsibilities:
Sales & Business Growth
- Consistently overachieve yearly Orders and Sales targets for assigned BFSI and Colo accounts.
- Manage and grow an allocated portfolio of BFSI Colocation and Cloud end-user customers within the geographic area.
- Drive both short-term wins and long-term strategic growth in alignment with vertical goals for the Philippines Market Unit.
- Achieve high-value high-visibility customer wins to strengthen Vertivs market leadership.
Account Development & Opportunity Management
- Develop maintain and execute strategic account plans for all assigned accounts.
- Build strong executive technical and procurement relationships within end-user organizations.
- Identify qualify and manage opportunities across the Vertiv portfoliopower thermal services monitoring and integrated solutions.
- Deliver accurate and timely pipeline updates forecasts reporting and competitive intelligence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with pre sales services and channel teams to:
- Shape customer-centric solutions
- Improve product positioning
- Enhance service delivery and customer experience
- Participate in and contribute to Global Strategic Account Teams where applicable.
Market Positioning & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead customer engagements presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to BFSI and Colo customers demonstrating strong industry knowledge and business understanding.
- Track and analyze industry developments competitor activity and customer investment plans.
- Monthly: review vertical business plans track progress against KPIs and lead planning sessions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or any related field)
- Experience and knowledge in covering BFSI and Data Centre Industry
- 7 years experience in consultative technical sales managing key accounts
- Excellent customer relationship management communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and CRM tools.
- High level of interpersonal skills stakeholder influencing capabilities and strategic thinking
