Team Manager LifeDisability Insurance for Taguig

As a Team Manager Insurance youll play a key leadership role in ensuring quality service delivery and operational excellence for our insurance claims support program.

What Youll Do

• Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs resolve issues and meet expectations

• Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations that would impact the bottom line

• Identify the training needs that will equip the staff with fundamental skills and knowledge

• Have a thorough understanding of the Short-Term Long-Term FMLA and State Leave process related to Disability product and associated and medical terminologies various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the program

• Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes in promotions and updates

• Conduct all defined and required process compliance and adherence to all team members partners and third-party providers 

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in any course (preferred but not required).

• 3 years experience as a team manager. (Required)

• 3 years experience in Disability or Life Insurance (Required)

• 3 years experience in Inbound Contact Center (Required)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and drive improvements.

• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and problem resolution.

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
