Workforce Software Project or Delivery Manager

Dearborn MI Onsite

Fulltime Permanent Position

JOB DESCRIPTION :

REQUIRED SKILLS : WorkForce Software configuration US & Canadian labor compliance knowledge and preferably automotive/manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the full software deployment lifecycle (SDLC): requirements gathering design build/configuration testing training deployment and post-go-live support
Configure and deploy WorkForce Software modules: Time & Attendance Standard & Job Scheduling Absence Case Tracking Reporting
Support multi-wave enterprise deployment strategy across North American operations
Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor laws and payroll integration requirements
Collaborate across HR IT Operations and Finance to align system functionality with business requirements
Develop training materials and deliver end-user sessions; create documentation for business and technical users
Identify and troubleshoot issues during deployment ensuring stabilization and process efficiency
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations and drive cross-functional alignment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in relevant field (IT HR Systems Business or related)
10 years of IT experience supporting complex global programs
Hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience (Time & Attendance Standard & Job Scheduling Absence Case Tracking Reporting modules)
Experience supporting full software deployment lifecycle and multi-wave enterprise implementations (10000 employees)
Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor regulations
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in automotive/manufacturing environments (union & non-union)
Familiarity with complex manufacturing shift operations including rotating shifts and job-based scheduling
Experience in project management or business analysis for enterprise HR/workforce system deployments
Exposure to enterprise workforce analytics and reporting
