- Experience supporting DHS CISA or emergency communications programs
Background in:
- Telecommunications (GETS WPS NGN)
- Network engineering or infrastructure programs
- OAM&P environments
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (General Description)
Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for all contract activities and managing overall cost schedule and technical performance; leading development and execution of project management deliverables including project plans status reports and program reviews; coordinating with Government stakeholders service providers and technical teams to ensure service integration interoperability and performance; establishing and enforcing quality assurance processes monitoring program performance and managing risks; supporting Service Provider Council participation and issue resolution; ensuring continuity of operations through effective staffing and resource management; and responding to Government requests for discussion or resolution of technical and programmatic issues within four (4) hours during standard business hours.
