Were looking for a senior strategic and deeply curious Marketing Scientist to establish and lead Marketing Science at Tracksuit.
This is the first role of its kind at Tracksuit which means you wont just be stepping into a function youll be defining it. Youll be responsible for protecting and advancing the credibility of one of the worlds most valuable brand health datasets ensuring everything we put into the market is grounded in rigorous methodology clear thinking and evidence not opinion.
This is a role for someone who cares deeply about research integrity but also understands how to translate complexity into clear usable and commercially impactful insights.
Youll sit at the intersection of Product Marketing and GTM acting as the internal authority on how we use data responsibly and helping shape Tracksuits perspective on how brands actually grow over time.
This is a permanent full-time role that can be based in either Sydney AU or Auckland NZ. Youll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Strategic Partnerships and play a key role in shaping how Tracksuit shows up in the market.
As the first role in Marketing Science this opportunity is both strategic and foundational youll define how we do this work not just execute it.
