Training & Event Coordination
Manage end-to-end logistics for customer training programs and events (in-person and virtual)
Manage event timelines agendas room setups AV needs materials and on-site execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders trainers and external vendors
Support multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail
Customer Experience & Hospitality
Deliver high-touch customer experiences including dinner reservations and hospitality arrangements for executive-level and
high-end customers
Ensure a polished professional and welcoming experience before during and after training events
Proactively anticipate customer needs and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience
Registration & Event Administration
Manage online registration platforms attendee lists confirmations and communications
Track attendance special requests dietary needs and follow-up requirements
Maintain accurate records reports and documentation related to events and training programs
Operational & Administrative Support
Coordinate travel lodging and logistics as needed for trainers or special events
Support budget tracking purchase orders invoices and vendor coordination
Assist with continuous improvement of event processes tools and customer touchpoints
