Job Summary
Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire a Configuration Manager for our Defense client at Scott AFB in OFallon IL.
Responsibilities
- Configuration Management baselines & repositories: support maintenance/monitoring/reporting on CM baselines; maintain CM libraries; maintain CM databases; validate source code and executables in CM repositories.
- Configuration Management audits & reviews: perform CM audits; lead document reviews using approved CM processes/tools; coordinate reviews for vendor deliverables; track status.
- Access coordination: support access to baselines for O&M organizations; monitor development contractors CM activities
- Maintains CM baselines and repositories.
- Conducts CM audits and document reviews.
- Tracks configuration changes and approvals.
- Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
Qualifications
Required:
- Secret Clearance.
- DoD 8140/DCWF qualification relevant CE certification required
Desired:
- Experience applying CM discipline across both documentation and code/config artifacts.
- Familiarity with change control and baseline governance in a DoD program environment.
- Experience supporting DoD.
- CMPIC (CMII) ITIL Foundation (process control) tool-specific admin credentials desired
