Job Summary
- Abide by the Management System and ISO/IEC 17025
- Handle daily order submissions
- Assist lab testing team by managing processes related to samples submitted by clients
- Coordinate/Handle the warehousing storage and release of samples
- Filing hardcopy documents (submission related)
- Prepare reports as necessary and maintain their filing system
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelors degree in science Engineering or any discipline
- . in science or any discipline
- Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 quality system and requirements
- Basic knowledge of laboratory testing
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer skills
- At least 12 years of working experience in third-party testing
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Self-initiated independent and a good team player
