Job Summary
- Design and develop Dash boards and Reports for the Senior Business Managers
- Data Management- managing & maintaining compensation data efficiently for all employees in the system.
- Hands-on managing high volume data.
- Building macros in the current process which will bring efficiency in the team
- Worked in HR MIS Team and managing MIS for the current organization
- Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries.
Qualifications :
- Graduation in any stream with 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills are essential to produce multiple data reports and create scenario modelling and forecasting
- Highly analytical data driven
