Job Summary
* Good knowledge in Molding (Transfer or Injection molding) and Toolings
*Good knowledge in ADC Cleaning and PCBA cleaning
*Prepare validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
* Design Approval Line build co-ordination pre-acceptance Installation & line release.
* 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
* Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
* Process improvement. (Utilization POKAYOKE CIP projects)
* Process Audits co-ordination Capability & Calibration activity.
* PFMEA CP & FPY improvements.
* New process development standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External)
* Bench mark Localization tool life improvement.
* CT reduction and Validation with DOE.
* Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products.
Qualifications :
BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering

Problem Solving Methodology with deep dive root cause analysis DOEPDCA FMEA Process Capability
Ability to create and develop Dashboards (Tablue /Power BI) to analyze failure wrt his/her process.
As a specialist he/she has applied his knowledge successfully and independently. Has knowledge how to coach others.
