About the Finance team:
- The Finance Team is spread between Lyon & Paris.
- Your direct manager will be Mathieu our CFO. Youll also be working closely with VP Finance from Fatton Lyseo & OVRSEA.
The role
As FP&A Manager at OVRSEA you will face exciting and strategic challenges including:
- Shaping our Growth Trajectory for 2026 and beyond by navigating global economic uncertainties and the dynamic freight market.
- Supporting the companys international expansion ensuring our financial planning adapts seamlessly to new and emerging markets.
- Leveraging
Pigment our state-of-the-art FP&A tool to create a unified and data-driven predictive analysis process across teams.
- Establishing agile recruitment forecasting processes that align with market trends and team performance in collaboration with Sales Operations and HR teams.
What will you do
In this role you will oversee critical aspects of financial planning and analysis such as:
- Leading the design and execution of the companys annual budget quarterly forecasts and long-term financial plans.
- Conducting in-depth financial analysis including variance analysis trend forecasting and profitability assessments to inform decision-making.
- Collaborating with managers across functions to gather insights challenge assumptions and incorporate them into cohesive financial plans.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and business performance monitoring.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement in operational and financial metrics.
- Leading process improvement initiatives for forecasting reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
