What youll do

• Strategic IT Leadership: Proactively lead and oversee multiple high-level data migration and conversion engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions organization aligning technical execution with desired business vision and outcomes.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Drive accountability and delivery by managing vendor relationships and maintaining strategic partnerships with vendor senior management to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborative efforts between business technical and functional teams to facilitate seamless data gathering governance and comprehensive reporting across organizational boundaries.

• Project Planning & Execution: Define comprehensive execution plans including scope timelines and budgets while ensuring strict adherence to pre-defined project management processes and best practices.

• Operational Problem Solving: Support execution teams by identifying and resolving complex roadblocks interdependencies and project risks to maintain project continuity throughout its lifecycle.

• Innovation & Data Integrity: Drive efficiency through Automation and AI (e.g. LSMW) for intelligent data mapping while establishing rigorous validation protocols to ensure a clean core and data integrity within PMx.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Math) with advanced experience or equivalent knowledge.

• A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.

• 5 years of ERP experience should have worked in ERP ( SAP/Oracle ) as a functional or technical expert and have knowledge of Business Processes
