Project Manager
Hästens is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of new store openings renovations exhibitions and partner-led events. This role requires strong cross-functional coordination to ensure all projects reflect Hästens craftsmanship heritage and luxury retail standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of retail store openings and refurbishments
Coordinate with internal teams design partners landlords contractors and vendors
Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to brand standards
Plan and execute exhibitions pop-ups and brand events
Manage vendors suppliers and stakeholder relationships
Track timelines budgets approvals and project documentation
Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
510 years experience in retail project management store development or brand activations
Background in luxury premium retail or lifestyle brands preferred
Proven experience in store fit-outs events and vendor management
Strong organisational communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects across locations
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in architecture interior design engineering business or related field
Expertise in project planning budgeting and retail design coordination
Additional Information
Willingness to travel extensively (4050%)
Occasional travel to Köping Sweden
Valid drivers licence
Fluent in English (additional local language proficiency required)
