About the Team & Role

Rubriks Employer Brand team powers a unified inspiring talent brand across the globe. Were hiring a hands-on Employer Brand Creative Lead who will bring our EVP to life for India/APAC through high-quality content campaigns and experiences. This is an execution-driven role: you will design produce and ship assets that elevate our careers site recruitment marketing social presence and candidate/employee experience. Youll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition People Internal Creative/Brand Regional Leaders and agency partners to deliver consistent culturally resonant work that fuels hiring outcomes and Rubrikan pride. You will translate Rubrikan storiesemployee spotlights project wins community impact and customer outcomesinto external and internal marketing materials (videos social content onepagers careers site modules) tailored for India/APAC with a particular focus on Bangalore and Pune audiences.

What Youll Do

Creative direction & systemization

  • Implement and adapt global employer brand design frameworks for India/APAC.
  • Translate EVP pillars and RIVET values into tangible visuals and copy guidelines for local use.
  • Maintain accessibility and inclusivity standards.

Content production & campaign activation

  • Produce end-to-end creative for recruitment campaigns.
  • Build multi-asset packs (static motion video cutdowns) optimized for LinkedIn Instagram YouTube Glassdoor Indeed.
  • Localize global campaigns to India/APAC audiences; propose net-new India-first creative where needed.
  • Build storyled content from Rubrikan interviews and team achievements; turn narratives into multiformat assets (short video carousel posts articles onepagers).
  • Maintain an editorial calendar of Bangalore/Pune stories (employee features team milestones local events) and publish across internal and external channels.

Careers site UX/content refresh (with Internal Creative/Web Teams)

  • Partner to redesign/refresh key pages: Careers Homepage Why Join Rubrik Teams Locations Job Post pages.
  • Provide wireframe-level guidance hero imagery modules and copy frameworks aligned to EVP.
  • QA for brand consistency accessibility and conversion (CTAs apply flow talent community sign-ups).

Video & photography

  • Own short-form video production: recruiting hype (6090s) Rubrikan testimonials (3060s) org/regional spotlights.
  • Direct shoots and edit deliverables.
  • Define and enforce photography/videography style guides; manage shoots in Bangalore and APAC hubs.
  • Plan and capture Bangalore/Pune office life and local events; produce authentic peopledriven footage and photo sets that showcase teams culture and impact.
  • Interview Rubrikans and script short story arcs; oversee edits to deliver concise highengagement content for India/APAC.

Recruitment marketing assets & templates

  • Create Now Hiring Meet the Rubrikan LinkedIn/profile banners recruiter toolkits event collateral candidate email headers.
  • Build scalable Figma/Canva libraries and usage guides; train TA and regional partners on self-serve usage.
  • Package Rubrikan stories into repeatable templates (Meet the Rubrikan team spotlights local event recaps) for rapid activation by recruiters and regional partners.

Inclusion & localization

  • Ensure imagery language channels and examples reflect the Bangalore and Pune talent ecosystems (tech communities universities meetups local media) while remaining globally inclusive and on brand.
  • Embed inclusive language and representation across all assets; avoid slang/cultural idioms that dont travel.
  • Partner with Employee Communities for authentic storytelling and photo/video subjects.

Measurement & optimization

  • Define KPIs per asset/campaign (see below). Track performance and iterate quickly.
  • Provide monthly dashboards on careers site engagement social performance pipeline quality and brand consistency.

Stakeholder & vendor collaboration

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership recruiters and hiring managers to target priority roles.
  • Work with Internal Creative/Brand for alignment and approvals; manage external agencies/freelancers for velocity.
  • Establish clear SOWs timelines deliverable trackers and review cadences for partners.

Knowledge management

  • Curate and maintain a centralized Employer Brand asset library (versioned files source packages).
  • Document playbooks: visual guidelines copy banks CTA frameworks photography shot lists captioning standards.

Experience Youll Need

  • Education & Experience: 8 years in employer brand/marketing creative with a Bachelors degree OR 6 years with a Masters degree (India/APAC experience preferred).
  • Portfolio demonstrating hands-on excellence in graphic design and video creation/editing (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut).
  • Strong copy sensibility: headlines short-form social copy CTA frameworks; ability to adapt tone to channel.
  • UX/content collaboration: comfort with wireframes component libraries and content models for web refreshes.
  • Inclusive design and accessibility practice; localization experience for India/APAC markets.
  • Senior stakeholder management: proven ability to align with TA People Brand and regional leadership; manage agencies/freelancers.
  • Data fluency: familiarity with web/social analytics; ability to translate metrics into creative iterations.
  • Deep understanding of Bangalore and Pune talent marketslocal channels communities events and cultural nuancesand how to translate them into effective employer brand content.
  • Proven ability to turn employee narratives into multiformat marketing materials (video social web modules onepagers) that drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Skilled interviewer/storyteller: comfortable sourcing stories developing scripts and coaching nontechnical/technical talent on camera.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B enterprise tech or cybersecurity employer branding.
  • Motion graphics (After Effects) lightweight animation; template systems at scale (Figma component libraries).
  • SEO-aware content collaboration; understanding of careers site funnels and attribution.
  • Experience with talent community nurturing and CRM-driven candidate communications.
  • Familiarity with Indiaspecific channels and communities (e.g. local meetups industry associations campus networks); experience partnering on Bangalore/Pune activations.
  • Language awareness for India (e.g. Hindi; familiarity with Kannada/Marathi a plus); ability to adapt tone and phrasing to local audiences while maintaining global brand voice.

  • Design: Adobe CC (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Figma Canva.
  • Video: Premiere Pro Final Cut After Effects (nice-to-have) captioning tools.
  • Web/content: Google Workspace CMS collaboration basic analytics (GA Search Console).
  • PM/Asset: Asana/Airtable shared drives brand DAM.
  • TA stack collaboration: Greenhouse (for candidate comms templates and branding) social scheduling platforms.
