Job Title: Sr. Sales Engineer Location: Aurangabad
Travel: 80 85% (Field-based)
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
The Role We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Sales Engineer to manage and grow our industrial components business in the territory. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle-from prospecting and technical solutioning to negotiations and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities -
Sales & Growth: Achieve targets for sales volume order booking and market share.

Account Management: Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.

Field Activity: Conduct 30 customer meetings per month to identify new opportunities.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales tactics.

Operations: Manage the CRM database oversee order confirmations and ensure timely receivables.
Requirements -
Education: B.E./ in Mechanical Electrical or Electronics. (MBA is a plus).

Experience: 5 years in industrial sales (Capital Goods or Consumables) preferably within an MNC.

Skills: Strong Value Selling ability technical grasp of production processes and excellent negotiation skills.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
