Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the development of full-stack cloud-native applications React and Azure.
In this role you will lead a team of engineers in designing building and deploying scalable and robust software solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background a passion for innovation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Architecture and Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable maintainable software architectures ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Development and Deployment: Drive the development and deployment of software solutions ensuring code quality performance and security.
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables.
Team Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth providing opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.

Skill sets

Experience: 6 to 9 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus React and Azure.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in C# .NET Core Core React Azure cloud services (e.g. Azure Functions Azure App Service Azure Cosmos DB) and DevOps practices.
Platform Skills: Experience with Azure cloud platform and cloud-native development. Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles.
Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and inspire other engineers.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges.

Good to have

Knowledge of cloud native technologies
Certification/Experience in AWS/Azure resources

Educational Qualifications

B.E / or M.E / / M.S. in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent degree.
