A specialist finance business with a fast-growing vehicle finance division is looking for a Relationship Manager to build and nurture partnerships across dealerships brokers and other referral partners. What the job involves
- Building and expanding a strong network of dealerships and broker partners
- Proactively sourcing new business and growing a healthy pipeline
- Managing a portfolio of SME clients and guiding them through finance solutions
- Understanding client needs and structuring tailored vehicle finance options
- Maintaining long-term partner relationships (and becoming their go-to person)
- Keeping on top of market trends and competitor offerings to spot opportunities
- Doing hands-on outreach: calls meetings site visits and follow-ups
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Working closely with internal teams to keep deals moving smoothly and professionally
What you need to be considered
- Proven experience in commercial vehicle finance (non-negotiable)
- Solid sales / business development / relationship management track record
- Confidence working with dealerships brokers and SME clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A valid drivers licence and your own car (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of targets and outcomes
- Strong attention to detail (documentation and compliance really matter)
Bonus points if you
- Already have an active dealer/broker network you can tap into
- Have experience financing trucks and trailers for SME fleet growth
- Enjoy a fast-paced target-driven environment and thrive on momentum
