Job Summary

#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER by joining an Automotive Component Manufacturer that seeks the expertise of an Operations Plant Manager

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Automotive Manufacturing of which at least 5 years has been in Operations Management
Degree in Engineering required
Solid understanding of Automotive Manufacturing and the ability to optimize processes for continuous improvement
Strong working knowledge of Quality Control Systems Team Management Managing Cross-functional Projects Production Management Budget Management Health and Safety Compliance Strategic Planning ESG and Reporting
Valid Drivers License and own Transport required

Salary Structure:

Basic Salary of up to R 75 000 negotiable based on experience
Benefits including Provident and Medical Aid
13th Cheque
Annual Performance Bonus
