Job Summary
Position: Pension Consultant
Location: Oshawa ON (On-site)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$42.00 - $50.00 p/h inc. HST

Deliverables
- Administer pension and benefits programs end-to-end including enrollments changes retirements and terminations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide advisory support to employees and stakeholders explaining plan options eligibility calculations and processes in a clear and professional manner.
- Perform data management reconciliation and pension calculations ensuring data integrity confidentiality and accurate reporting.
- Support program governance through compliance monitoring audit support vendor coordination and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension and/or benefits administration consulting or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of pension and benefits programs including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Experience performing pension-related calculations data analysis and reconciliation using tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and administering employee programs in enterprise environments.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field with strong communication organizational and customer service skills.
