Job Summary

Understanding of Engineering Drawings.

Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Knowledge of developing assembly and sub-assembly for automotive vehicle body and welding parts.

Knowledge of automotive parts assemblies and sub-assemblies related to body and welding.

Knowledge of PPAP documents like; PFD (Process Flow Diagram) FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and CP (Control Plan).

Knowledge of JIG specifications and Design review.

Process layout preparations.

Installation of New Jigs Fixtures machines and equipment.

Managing pre-production activity schedule.

Knowledge of CAD like AutoCAD and Any 3D software.

Line capacity calculations and Line balancing.
