Core Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter Stack Overflow GitHub and niche IT job boards to identify passive candidates.
Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates technical capabilities (programming languages frameworks methodologies) and soft skills through initial screening calls and video interviews.
