Job Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join our growing
litigation this role you will represent healthcare providers hospitals and
medical professionals in complex medical malpractice matters. The ideal candidate will
have strong litigation skills the ability to manage cases from inception through trial and
a commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings motions and discovery responses in medical malpractice
defense matters
Attend court hearings conferences and other court appearances
Take and defend depositions of parties witnesses and expert witnesses
Assist with all aspects of trial preparation including case strategy exhibit
preparation and witness coordination
Qualifications:
J.D. from a law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Experience in medical malpractice defense or complex civil litigation preferred
Minimum 3 years of legal Experience
Strong research writing and analytical skills
Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
