Immigration Attorney-Litigation

About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an Immigration Attorney Litigation based in Dallas Texas. The attorney will play a key role in representing clients in complex immigration matters particularly those involving litigation before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).

In this role you will manage a dynamic caseload represent clients in immigration court proceedings and develop strategic legal solutions tailored to each case. The position requires strong advocacy skills attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex immigration regulations while delivering compassionate and effective representation.

You will collaborate with a dedicated legal team to prepare legal arguments draft motions and filings and advocate for clients in immigration proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in immigration court and litigation proceedings before EOIR
Prepare and file legal motions briefs and other immigration-related legal documents
Develop case strategies and provide legal advice on immigration compliance and legal options
Manage multiple cases while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Conduct legal research related to immigration regulations and case law
Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through complex legal processes
Collaborate with the legal team to ensure efficient case management and strong representation

Qualifications:

Experience with EOIR
Strong expertise in Immigration Law including handling immigration cases and visa applications
Knowledge of immigration-related legal issues and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks
Exceptional research writing and advocacy skills for litigation and legal representation
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law in Texas
Proven experience in litigation and court representation within immigration law
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and legal documentation
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing a dynamic caseload
Commitment to supporting and advocating for immigrants rights
