TheEcommerceCoordinatoris responsible forthe daytoday execution maintenance and optimization of the YETI Australia & New Zealand DTC websites and B2B portal. Thisrole is an individual contributor focused on operational excellence accuracy and continuous improvement across ecommerce content and onsite performance.
The role requires a working knowledge of Shopify and strong attention to detail partnering closely with Marketing Customer Experience and Operations teams to ensure the site isaccurate uptodate and aligned with YETIs broader ecommerce and gotomarket strategies.
This position supports ecommerce initiatives through execution and analysis while developing deeper technical and commercial understanding under guidance from senior ecommerce stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Website & Content Management
Ensure allproduct category and brand informationon the YETI AU/NZ websites isaccurate complete and up to date
Manage daytoday website maintenance including:
Product links and navigation
Search rules and filters
Product attributes and metadata
Images videos and supporting content
Maintain onsite information critical toSEO performance following established best practices
Product & Launch Support
Collaborate crossfunctionally to supportproduct launchesin line with gotomarket timelines ensuring full andaccurateproduct setup prior to launch
Support ecommercestock management ensuringappropriate inventoryavailability for:
New launches
Limited edition products
Core assortments
Help ensure allSKUs are set up accurately including naming conventions pricing attributes and imagery conducting regular audits toidentifyand resolve issues
Site Performance &Optimization
Coordinate and track website healthcheck fixes across:
SEO
UI/UX best practices
Site performance and hygiene
SupportUAT (User Acceptance Testing)for new site features enhancements and platform updates
Participate in weekly performance reviews and quarterly deep dives using insights from:
Shopify
Google Analytics
Other relevant ecommerce tools
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare and contribute to performance reporting highlighting issues trends and opportunities
Support ongoingoptimizationinitiatives through testing analysis and execution
Assistwithad hoc ecommerce projectsas
Qualifications and Attributes:
2 years experience in a similar ecommerce or digital role
Handson ecommerce experience ideally with Shopify
Familiarity with ecommerce analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics)
Basic image editing skills areadvantageous
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Welldevelopedorganisationaland timemanagement skills
Clear and effective communication and collaboration skills
Handson executionfocused mindset witha strong senseof ownership
Ability tooperateeffectively in a fastpaced creative environment
Selfmotivated eager to learn and receptive to feedback and guidance
