About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator youll play a key role in helping us find and connect great people with great opportunities. Based in our Darwin office youll work closely with a tight-knit team giving you real exposure to all aspects of recruitment from day one.
This is a hands-on people-focused role where youll build practical skills quickly and make a genuine impact. You wont just be supporting the process youll be part of it.
What Youll Be Doing
- Screening and engaging with candidates over the phone
- Sourcing talent for a variety of roles
- Coordinating interviews (virtual and face-to-face)
- Completing candidate registrations and reference checks
- Supporting day-to-day admin and keeping the database up to date
- Delivering a great experience for both candidates and clients
