Reporting to the Director Digital Marketing the Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development execution and continuous optimization of integrated digital marketing strategies with the goal of ensuring customers receive cleartimely and effective information that enhances their overall experience. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing campaigns that empowercustomerstoself-serve adopt digital solutions and navigate their benefits confidently.

The Manager will work closely withMarTechand Personalization Product Distribution Creative Analytics and Technology teams to shape marketing plans oversee execution and ensure alignment with key businessobjectives.

Lead the development of data-driven marketing strategies and integrated plans that support business goals andenhancingthecustomerexperience.
Work closely withMarTechand PersonalizationProduct Distribution and Strategy teams providing strategic recommendations and thought leadership.
Develop and managehigh-quality omni-channel marketingplansensuring messaging consistency andbrand alignmentwhile delivering againstKPIs and business outcomes.
Leadcampaign planning timelines and prioritization across multiple initiativesand cross-functional teams.
Projectmanagemultiple marketing programs concurrently ensuring milestones deliverables and expectations are met.
Guideinternal and external creative teams (including agency partners) to develop innovative marketing concepts campaigns and digital assets.
Lead the measurement and reporting of marketing performance using analytics tools and results insights and recommendations to senior partners and cross-functional teams.
Identifyoptimization opportunities through insights and testing (A/Btesting channel performance).
Champion best practices in digital marketing
Identifyopportunities to improve processes workflows and operational effectiveness within the marketingteamleveragingGenerative AI solutions.
RequiredQualifications:
University or college degree in marketing communications media or related field.
8-10 years of marketing experience.Proven experience developing and leading digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital media content strategy and online marketing best practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure andoptimizecampaigns using insights and with A/B testingcampaign optimizationand performance metrics.
Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a talent for simplifying complex concepts into compelling marketing narratives.
Experience withMarTechtools(e.g. Salesforce Marketing CloudAdobeCustomer Data PlatformAdobe AnalyticsVoicedashboardsPowerBI).
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Word Excel Teams) and project management tools ().
Experience in Group Benefits healthcare or related industries is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québecproficiencyin both languages will berequiredto support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

$92900.00 CAD - $142900.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
