As we continue to grow we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of glazing projects across multiple stages. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams contributing to project execution coordination and overall performance while developing toward full project ownership.
What Youll Do
- Support Project Managers in the planning execution and delivery of multiple construction projects
- Coordinate communication between project teams field staff subcontractors suppliers and consultants
- Assist in managing project schedules budgets and progress tracking
- Prepare and review shop drawings RFIs change orders and project documentation
- Support procurement activities including material tracking deliveries and vendor coordination
- Assist with submittals close-out documentation warranties and compliance requirements
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status risks and timelines
- Help identify and resolve project issues delays or coordination challenges
- Ensure adherence to safety standards company policies and project specifications
- Maintain accurate project records reports and documentation
What You Bring to the Team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction with exposure to glazing systems (curtainwall window wall structural glazing etc.)
- Diploma or degree in Construction Engineering Civil Engineering or Building Science is an asset
- Experience supporting projects in a fast-paced commercial construction environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Bluebeam MS Office and/or estimating software
- Strong understanding of construction drawings specifications and project workflows
- Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role

- Hours of Work: M-F 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Salary: $60000 - $70000 (based on experience)
