Your Profile
- University degree in Economics Business HR Economical Engineering or related fields
- Fluent in English Italian presents an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
What Youll Do Day-to-Day
- Coordinate and control payroll processing by local providers.
- Accurately calculate payroll including overtime deductions and bonuses.
- Ensure payroll reflects HR payment inputs.
- Manage payroll authorization and execute payments.
- Prepare payroll accounting data for administration.
- Handle payroll queries and liaise between HR and finance.
- Manage payroll-related tax and contribution payments.
- Analyze payroll data prepare reports and recommend improvements.
