Job Summary
- Support to the Agencies with regard to bonds issued
- Control of the correct issuing of bonds
- Check the correct return of bonds (especially of bonds without effect)
- Reminders to the Agencies for the anomalies
- Confirmation of the issue and the validity of bonds (requested by different bond beneficiaries)
- Release of bonds
- Management of bonds in co-insurance
- Launch of Receipting related to prorogations
- Cancellation of prorogations
- Dunning actions & collection of overdue premiums
Qualifications :
Skills:
- Strong written and communication skills in Italian
- Strong analytical skills
- Sense of initiative and excellent time- and self-management
- Flexible way of working and willingness to operate within a team
- Stress-resistance and professional relationship with clients
- Service- and solution oriented
- Process driven and excellent professional organization
- Transparent working method
- Fast Knowledge Transfer and Steep Learning curve
- Good knowledge of Project Management fundamentals
Languages:
- Fluent in Italian (C1)
- Medium in English (B2)
IT:
- Computer and internet affinity and good technical understanding
- Ease regarding the work with varying software applications and systems different from product to product.
- Professional Microsoft Office skills esp. MS Excel and MS Word. Power BI is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in business or another relevant field
Experience:
- 2 years of work experience in Back office activities
Experience in insurance banking or bonding is a plus
