We are looking for an Account Manager to help us build and lead a business development / growing Sales of Selling Partners on Amazon JP Marketplace. The role is focused on working with Existing Sellers in Japan who sell product family called Electronics & IT Solutions.

- 販売事業者に対しセールイベント期間中の売上拡大に寄与するさまざまな施策を提案する具体的にはFBAフルフィルメント by Amazonの利用商品拡大タイムセールクーポンの利用在庫管理広告運用E&ITS特有のプログラムなどこのポジションでは特にプロモーションセールクーポン等期間中の売上拡大をサポートする
- プロモーションプログラムを管理するチームや販売事業者をマネジメントする他チームと連携して販売事業者のプロモーション利用を促進しするあるいはオペレーション業務を改善する
- 顧客の情報を分析し担当する販売事業者への提案に生かしたり隠れたビジネスチャンスを明らかにしたりする
- 販売事業者の意見要望を集め社内関連部署にフィードバックする時にはサービスプロセスツールの改善に取り組む
- マネジメントチームに対するレポート作成

- Convince sellers to adopt various features to increase their sales. e.g. Deals Coupons Inventory Management Fulfillment by Amazon Advertisement E&ITS specific programs etc. Especially at this position focus on GMS expansion through Promotions (e.g. Deals Coupon).
- Work with internal teams related to Promotions or managing Selling Partners in order to improve acceleration of Promotion usage and the operational process.
- Gather feedback from Sellers and escalate them to relevant departments. Sometimes take part in improving services process and tools.
- Write reports for management teams.

- Bachelors degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 4 years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Experience in e-commerce retail or advertising
