Job Summary
Sales Manager Northern Colorado
Blueprint Skilled Services is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Northern Colorado office. We provide skilled tradespeople to job sites across Northern Colorado Denver and surrounding areas supporting a wide range of projects including hospitals schools hotels multi-family residential and other commercial developments.
As Sales Manager you will play a critical role in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with construction clients and matching their needs with qualified Electricians Carpenters Helpers and Laborers. This is a relationship-focused field-oriented position that requires a driven self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new client relationships through in-person meetings phone outreach and cold calling
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure on-site workers are properly supported and equipped
- Achieve key performance metrics to support revenue and business growth objectives
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales or business development experience (staffing industry or commercial construction preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build relationships
- Outstanding customer service orientation
- Valid drivers license
- Construction industry knowledge is a strong plus
We are a locally owned company based in Lakewood and Loveland Colorado. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions along with additional benefits and incentives based on experience.
