Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
5 years GM experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and management
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
