As an SDR at Netchex youll be on the front lines of our growth identifying and engaging net-new prospects through aggressive outbound calling while partnering closely with Account Executives to drive pipeline and accelerate deals. Youre not just setting meetings; youre starting relationships that turn into long-term Netchex customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively and aggressively seek out new customers through outbound calls
- Partner with Account Executives to identify contacts research opportunities and coordinate outreach strategies
- Leverage AI capabilities in ways of working
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual activity quotas
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Represent Netchex at industry events conferences as needed
- Be the kind of teammate people want to sit next to bring the energy a positive attitude and a genuine investment in the teams success not just your own quota
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred)
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
- Comfortable using or eager to learn AI tools to enhance prospecting craft sharper messaging and identify opportunities faster than the competition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with high energy and a competitive drive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (CRM tools preferred)
