Practice Manager Opportunity:

Full-time permanent role
Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM

Leads and oversees daily operations of Rural Health Clinics (BC IM WIC) ensuring high-quality service operational excellence and strong team cohesion across all non-provider staff
Collaborates with Physician Clinic and Nursing leadership to optimize workflows and develop and implement policies that enhance efficiency and patient experience

Practice Manager Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years); must obtain CRHCP certification within one year
At least 1 year of physician practice management experience required
