Job Summary
Lead the revenue management team and develop robust revenue strategies across the hotel. This role supports long-term business planning forecasting and budget management; drives incremental profit opportunities; collaborates closely with sales finance and front office teams; and ensures all distribution systems and RevPAR tools are optimized for performance and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Degree in Hotel Management Finance Business Administration or a related field.
Over 5 years experience in revenue management in similar role in Hotel industry.
Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
