Job Summary

The Position

OPSWAT is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to lead the design development and evolution of our Go-to-Market technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for the platforms that power our sales marketing partner and customer operations with CRM at the center of the GTM technology stack. Your goal is to help make applications better integrated streamline and reduce the number of redundant SaaS solutions and recommend an in-house development where sensible.

You will lead a globally distributed team responsible for building maintaining and improving OPSWATs GTM systems. The team operates in an Agile Scrum model and works closely with cross-functional partners to deliver scalable solutions that support the companys continued growth.

This role partners closely with Sales Marketing Customer Success Revenue Operations Finance Enterprise Data and Digital Transformation teams to design systems and processes that enable efficient GTM execution and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead the GTM Systems Platform

  • Own and evolve OPSWATs CRM and broader GTM systems ecosystem.
  • Define the architecture roadmap and strategy for CRM and related revenue platforms.
  • Ensure systems support scalable GTM processes across sales marketing partner and customer operations.
  • Maintain high standards for system reliability scalability security and user experience.

Manage and Develop a Global GTM Systems Team

  • Lead mentor and grow a globally distributed GTM Systems team with members across multiple regions including a strong presence in Vietnam.
  • Foster a collaborative high-performing team culture across time zones.
  • Provide coaching mentorship and career development for team members.
  • Establish strong operational practices that ensure effective coordination and communication across a distributed team.

Drive Agile Delivery and Engineering Excellence

  • Operate the GTM Systems team using a Scrum-based Agile delivery model.
  • Lead sprint planning backlog prioritization and roadmap alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality solutions through structured sprint execution retrospectives and continuous improvement.
  • Promote engineering best practices system governance and documentation standards.

Drive Cross-Functional GTM Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Ops Marketing Ops Customer Ops and RevOps to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define system requirements and prioritize roadmap initiatives.
  • Enable automation and operational efficiency across GTM workflows and processes.
  • Improve system usability and productivity for global GTM teams.

Architecture and Integration

  • Design and manage integrations between CRM and key business systems including marketing platforms finance systems partner systems and internal applications.
  • Ensure consistent data architecture and governance across the GTM ecosystem.
  • Partner with Enterprise Data and analytics teams to enable accurate reporting analytics and revenue insights.

Leverage AI to Improve Productivity and Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and automation to improve the productivity and efficiency of the GTM Systems team.
  • Introduce AI-assisted development practices to accelerate solution design configuration documentation and testing.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team to enhance AI Insights OPSWATs internally built GTM intelligence platform enabling it to provide recommendations and actionable insights for GTM teams based on CRM and revenue data.
  • Design and implement AI-driven capabilities within CRM to generate summaries and recommendations across key record types (such as accounts opportunities and activities) to improve decision-making and productivity for GTM teams.

What We Need From You

Experience

  • 8 years of experience working with CRM or GTM technology platforms.
  • 3 years of experience leading or managing technical teams.
  • Proven experience designing and managing CRM or GTM systems in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience partnering with sales marketing and operations teams to deliver technology solutions.

Technical Expertise

  • Experience with CRM and revenue platforms such as:
    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • SugarCRM
    • NetSuite CRM
  • Additional experience with:
    • System integrations and APIs
    • Workflow automation and business process design
    • Data architecture and reporting
    • Enterprise SaaS platforms and GTM technology ecosystems

Skills
