What youll do:
Manage the Salesforce support board
Troubleshoot bugs and support users via the ticketing system
Build and manage reports dashboards and configurations
Maintain data integrity security and access controls
Handle data imports updates and exports
Work with international teams and business leaders
Support training documentation and feature rollouts
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
2 years hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud)
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Strong understanding of security data management and troubleshooting
Experience with tools like Data Loader Workbench or Inspector
Analytical thinker who can identify system issues vs process gaps
Experience working with international teams
Fluent in English (required)
Bonus: Platform App Builder APIs basic Apex migrations
