National Incentives Campaigns:
- Contribute to a better sales performance and results from the DPs and internal sales team through planning and developing an effective annual national incentives calendar: DPs Salesman Supervisors and DPMs / DPs Sales Manager / DPs Owners/ Allis Merchandising Team / KAMs.
- Assure that all the concepts and communications are aligned to the Brand Guides and takes the Red Bull World to the sales force (Internal and External) in a premium
Events:
- Plan and organize the Sales Teams Events and award trips being responsible for all steps from planning to executing the live event leading external partners and production team always in time with the calendar and budget
- Guarantee that all the experiences and incentives reflect the Only Red Bull can do it way by developing concepts communications prizes and experiences aligned to the brand and using all unique Red Bull assets and tools.
- Assure that the events are recorded and have high quality photo and video.
Bull News:
- Deliver one new video program per month to the sales team through planning and managing a video producer team and journalist plot writer and organizing all the pre-productions scripts and recordings (Studio and External Content) evaluating the editing and finishing and final approval
- Assure that every program has an organized and objective set of themes aligned with the National Off Premise management being responsible for translating the field demands for training and motivation of the sales team into interesting content for every program
Sales Team Training:
- Responsible for developing all training material for the Red Bull Sales team focusing on Perfect Store standards through different tools: PPTs Flash Game Videos and printed materials.
- Support all BUs with training materials and with their demands of development of specific tools for their business
- Controlling expending reporting and planning the Incentives & Training Area
- Assure budget is correct and equal to the values assigned to the area being responsible for managing expendings generating savings and better usage of available budget.
Qualifications :
- Marketing Business Administration or related degrees. Desirable Trade Marketing courses or education background.
- 2 years of minimum experience in marketing trade marketing communication sales or events area.
- Solid experience in planning and managing different projects and schedules being able to organize and prioritize different activities from two separate areas.
- Experience in conducting trainings and have presentation skills.
- Experience in 3rd party relationship and leadership over teams during planning development creation launch follow up execution production and feedback.
- Incentive Campaign Training Material or Bull News Program.
- Fluent in English is required.
- Strong analytical organization time planning strategic and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel and Power Point as priority.
