We are currently searching for a Support (OSD):

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on hardware and desktop support directly to end-users.
  • Deliver high-quality floor support addressing technical issues in a face-to-face environment.
  • Manage local incident handling and coordination ensuring timely resolution of tickets.
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting and break/fix tasks for workstations peripherals and mobile devices.
  • Maintain a constant physical presence in the office to assist with immediate technical needs.
  • Interface directly with users to provide guidance and resolve complex technical queries independently.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in on-site support or desktop support environments.
  • Proven expertise in hardware troubleshooting (Laptops Desktops Printers AV).
  • Ability to work independently and manage local site requirements.
  • Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and standard office productivity suites.
  • Local presence in Mexico City (CDMX) is mandatory.

Desired:

  • Prior experience within the Financial Services industry.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident management.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.
