Child Protection Advanced Social Worker

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Child Protection Advanced Social Worker to join its clients Family Safeguarding Service based in Swindon. This role sits at the heart of Swindons transformation where the Family Safeguarding Model brings professionals together to focus on relationships early help and sustainable change for children and families.

What will your responsibilities be

In this role you will:

• Deliver highquality child protection practice ensuring childrens safety welfare and lived experiences remain at the centre of all decisionmaking
• Apply the Family Safeguarding Model to work collaboratively with partner agencies supporting families to achieve meaningful and lasting change
• Build strong reflective relationships with children families and professionals even where situations are complex and challenging
• Contribute to continuous service improvement sharing your expertise to influence practice decisions and positive outcomes

Candidates must be fluent in the English language as required under Part 7 of the Immigration Act for the effective performance of a customerfacing role.

Required Qualifications:

To be eligible for this role you must be a qualified Social Worker with registration with Social Work England.
