Job Summary
PAY RANGE: 65k-75K TYPE: Onsite

You wont just observeyoull contribute. From improving processes on the shop floor to helping develop winning customer proposals youll see how engineering decisions impact the business every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase capacity and efficiency
- Utilize CAD (SolidWorks) and GD&T to support production and quoting
- Assist with cost analysis and estimating improvements
- Support Quality initiatives to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges
REQUIREMENTS:
- BS in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial or related)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
