Role: Cloud Engineer

Location: Brooklyn NY (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Were seeking a Cloud Engineer with 5 years of experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms to join our Global Information Technology team.

• Designing deploying and managing cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure environments.
• Architecting and implementing secure network solutions including VP.
• Cs/VNets subnets routing and connectivity.
• Configuration and management of Palo Alto Firewalls network security groups and security controls.
• Maintaining and extending existing Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK TypeScript) proposing improvements through standard review processes.
• Monitoring system performance availability and security using cloud-native and third-party tools.
• Support cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud architecture.
• Designing and maintaining secure connectivity (VPN site-to-site client VPN Direct Connect ExpressRoute).
• Maintaining infrastructure supporting CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions runners cloud environments deployment targets).
• Supporting vulnerability response processes and remediation timelines.
• Troubleshooting and resolving cloud network and firewall-related issues.
• Support deployment infrastructure for web applications and on-premises software distribution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• 5 years of experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience with cloud networking concepts (VPC VNets subnets routing tables DNS).
• Experience configuring and managing firewalls and security controls (Palo Alto AWS Security Groups NACLs Azure NSGs Azure Firewall etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience in designing secure network connectivity (VPNs private endpoints hybrid networking).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).

Preferred:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect certifications.
• Experience with advanced networking and security architectures (zero trust segmentation private networking).
• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
