Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney to join a growing personal injury practice in Phoenix Arizona. This role is ideal for newly licensed attorneys or candidates transitioning into personal injury law. No prior litigation experience is required as full training and mentorship will be provided.
The role offers hands-on exposure to personal injury litigation client advocacy and case development in a supportive team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Learn personal injury litigation and case management processes
Draft pleadings discovery requests and motions under supervision
Communicate with clients and guide them through legal proceedings
Assist with hearings depositions mediations and client meetings
Support case strategy and trial preparation
Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff
Gradually manage assigned caseload as experience increases
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Active Arizona Bar License (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized detail-oriented and dependable
Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Team-oriented and client-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Recently licensed attorneys encouraged to apply
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Interest in personal injury litigation
