Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Customer Community & Destinations team in a permanent this role you will lead a team of Analysts and oversee all aspects of financial analysis budgeting forecasting and reporting across theCustomer Community & Destinations functions within a portfolio of assets.
You will play a key role partnering with Regional Centre Managers and Asset Teams to drive financial performance and deliver results for our external coowners.
Day-to-day you will:
- Lead end-to-end budgeting forecasting and month-end processes across CCD-controlled income and expense lines.
- Partner with Regional Centre Managers and Asset Teams to provide insights challenge assumptions and support strategic decision making.
- Present NOI results and ensure stakeholders clearly understand key drivers and deliverables.
- Review and enhance existing reporting identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage team workflow development and performance to achieve high-quality outcomes.
