We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to drive capability uplift and lead Service Management Modernization initiatives. This role will focus on completing outstanding modernization tasks enabling DevSecOps maturity uplift and contributing to the Next Gen Proof of Concept (POC).
Current State
- SRE tools have been onboarded with basic setup but they do not fully support incident management or DevSecOps expectations.
- Next Gen initiative is currently in the discovery phase.
Target State
- Complete SRE requirements and outstanding Service Management Modernisation tasks to enable DevSecOps within the squad.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver the Next Gen POC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SRE capability uplift across squads.
- Drive Service Management Modernisation activities including certification remediation/automation and vulnerability remediation.
- Enhance DevSecOps maturity by integrating automation monitoring and security practices.
- Execute outstanding modernization tasks to strengthen service reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and implement the Next Gen POC.
- Ensure incident management requirements are fully supported by SRE tooling.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS (DHP).
- Proficiency in C# .NET C/C for system-level development and automation.
- Experience with GitHub (branches PRs code reviews) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions Jenkins Argo CD).
- Familiarity with Artifactory for artifact management.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices vulnerability remediation and certification automation.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across engineering squads and service management teams.
