DescriptionWhats the Role:
The IAM Technical Business Analyst acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders architecture security and delivery teams translating business regulatory and technical needs into clear implementable IAM requirements. The role supports complex IAM programs across Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Access Management (AM) ensuring solutions are aligned to enterprise security architecture and compliance standards.
This capability is essential to reduce delivery risk ensure IAM solutions meet business and regulatory expectations and enable successful delivery of strategic IAM outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the elicitation analysis and documentation of IAM requirements across largescale transformation programs.
- Translate business risk and regulatory needs into clear functional and nonfunctional IAM requirements.
- Define currentstate and futurestate IAM capabilities including identity lifecycle access governance and operating models.
- Provide strong IAM and IGA domain expertise supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow implementations.
- Capture and document IAM integration requirements including REST API SCIM and enterprise integration standards.
- Define requirements for access management and authentication using SAML OAuth OIDC and platforms such as Ping ISVA and Entra ID.
- Partner with architects engineers and delivery teams to ensure traceable compliant and businessaligned IAM outcomes.
What do I need
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within IAM or cyber security domains.
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Access Management (IGA & AM) concepts and practices.
- Experience working with SailPoint including identity lifecycle management provisioning and access governance.
- Solid understanding of IAM integrations using REST APIs and SCIM.
- Experience capturing requirements for authentication and federation solutions using SAML OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Experience working with access management platforms such as IBM ISVA Ping Identity and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills with desirable exposure to largescale transformations Zero Trust and regulated environments.
