Your Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant in our Transformation Change team you will support and consult on projects and be exposed to a variety of industries and sectors. You will be responsible for:
- Drive meaningful change across diverse client environments by tailoring approaches to organisational context culture and maturity.
- Assess and understand change impacts (process people technology policy) and the broader environment for change (dependencies readiness capacity).
- Identify change and people risks and define mitigation strategies controls and contingency plans.
- Measure readiness and adoption through stakeholder analysis change impact assessments surveys pulse checks and adoption metrics.
- Design and deliver change solutions that support organisational change incorporating behavioural change methods and frameworks and communicate them clearly and concisely.
- Create actionable change deliverables to support understanding and readiness across the organisation and stakeholders including:
- Change strategy and roadmap
- Communications plan
- Training plan
- Stakeholder engagement plan
- Adoption dashboards
- Deliver tactical change activities such as drafting communications developing briefing packs creating training materials floor-walking and reinforcement actions.
- Facilitate workshops to align teams build momentum and accelerate outcomes.
- Engage stakeholders and impacted teamsbuild trust influence decision-making and equip leaders to sponsor and sustain change.

- Excellent communication skills including the ability to craft clear messaging and practical change materials for diverse audiences.
- Proven stakeholder management capability with demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with stakeholders senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and team capability with the ability to motivate guide and mentor others to achieve strong outcomes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and translate insights into practical actions.
