Job Summary
Proficiency in QA tools and methodologies (e.g.. Kaisen) experience with LMS
platforms (e.g. ALM Saba Canvas
Skilled at process optimization and documentation.
Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
Possess a strong analytical background think critically synthesize new data
quickly and prioritize efficiently.
Confident and eloquent communicator in writing speaking and facilitation.
Confirmed ability to operate reliably and autonomously in situations of utmost
ambiguity with only high-level direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
Established collaborator with the initiative to lead raise a hand for new
challenges and act as a subject matter authority across the organization.
QA certifications (e.g. ISTQB CSTE) are a plus.
Available to work 6pm to 3am IST
Comfortable managing increased workloads during peak periods
